Our Expedition Aero rack combines all the rugged capability of our standard Expedition rack, but adds a sealed, wrap around Aero front. The Aero front ensures the rack is almost completely silent all the way up to motorway speeds and beyond. Its aerodynamic efficiency also means that it will hardly affect your fuel economy, and it seamlessly brings the rack and your vehicle together with an unmatched style and level of integration.

Our modular Rack is precision machined from billet Aluminium with vehicle specific mounting feet in Stainless Steel.

Our patent pending joint and dual cross bar system offer never before seen levels of quality and functionality. They combine into a super lightweight and rigid solution ready to gear up for any adventure. Yet the rack remains slimline and incredibly low profile to the vehicle roof.
