We had very high expectations and trust in the company. The products are described as quality and innovative. When we received our roofrack it lacked several parts. After going back and forth for several weeks we eventually received the parts and ofcourse mistakes happen. So we went onto finishing the fitting. The aero part doesn't fit the Discovery 4, had the realign and drill new holes. Secondly, the rack sits way too close to the roof making it so no rooftent or equipment can be fitted because the bolts can't be screwed tight. There are also noise complaints (minor) and the instructions we got were incomplete. I have really tried and make this work because I love the design and the discovery 4 focus of the company but I cannot recommend this to anyone else unfortunately.

Thank you for your products. All parts of roof rack are well made. Very good quality. I'm happy with all my purchases. And I will definitely buy again.
One thing - With installation of aero kit was a little problem. There were missing some back bolts (5pc) so I could not finish late at night. It is not a big deal. On the next day I bought them in the shop and finish installation. I happy how it looks.

The quality of the kit is excellent. Was apprehensive given the costs, but have to say overall it’s a bargain given how well put together the kit is. Excellent team to deal with too.
